My life is an example to many because you have been my strength and protection.
Our lives are direct signposts and directions to many. In our private lives, what we choose to do goes a long way to affect the lives of others publicly.
If your life is an example unto many, you choose not to live anyhow. Watch your thoughts and actions carefully because they can influence positively and negatively the lives of others if others take a cue from your life.
Jesus Christ is our perfect example in this world. His life on earth is worthy of emulation. If there is anyone we have to look up to in this life for a better and successful life, then it’s no other person than the perfect man Jesus. Luke 9:35 rightly says: And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, my Chosen One; listen to him!”
Talk to others more about the worthy works of Christ. Talk to others more about the saving power of Christ. Through that, you can win them for the Kingdom of God. Use the influence you have to direct others to Jesus Christ. God is counting on you.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for your Word. Lord Jesus, we acknowledge you as our perfect example in this world. It’s our humble prayer that You will help us imitate your life and help us to draw others to You through our influence in life. We ask this in Jesus’ precious Name. Amen.
