His Death, Our Gain

• When man fell, God already had a plan ‘B’ because He sees the end from the beginning.
• An unblemished blood was needed to pacify and bridge the gap between divinity and humanity. No other blood than that of the Son of God.
• I think if I were to carry out a laboratory analysis on the blood type of Jesus, Jesus would have had ‘all the blood types in one’ which actually seems impossible in the sight and knowledge of man but possible with God. That makes Him the incomparable and impeccable one. This was the blood needed for the pacification.
• A blood without blemish He shed for all. There was no way out and the only way was for Him to be carried like sheep to the slaughter house to be killed.
• He had His own way to escape this shameful and excruciating pain and death but for the love of mankind.
• Pontius Pilate was a bit discerning to free Jesus with pressure from his wife who had a nightmare about the innocence of Jesus. He attempted to free Him but for the pressure from his people; crucify! Him, crucify! Him. Pontius Pilate was moved by the earthly philosophy that goes like: ‘the voice of the people is the voice of god’.
• Thus, Jesus was sentenced to death via crucifixion, the most shameful death at that era.
• He finally gave up the ghost.
• Tetelestai!, He screamed with pain, meaning it is finished. He did all this for you and I. Yes! for you and I.
• So then the rhetorical question goes: what are you also doing to make His death of great importance?
