Anyone with a prophecy on his or her life is a packaged covenant waiting to be manifested.
Be careful when you meet such people and be careful how you treat and deal with them.
Herod can kill all 2 year male children but not Jesus. Also Pharaoh can kill all male borns but not Moses. In an attempt to do that you shall end up nurturing, grooming and on top of it all paying the parent of that covenant child to care for her own child.
Learn to respect the anointing on the anointed. When you meet persons of authority, know how to deal with them.
